A new feature we are adding to Rib Fest this year is the how2heroes demonstration stage.  If you arent familiar with how2heroes its a great site that has instructional videos hosted by local chefs and food "heroes".

We will be featuring some of their best videos hosted by by our Rib Fest participants.
